Jim Helfgott
VP Marketing and Sales, UPC DTH S.ŕr.l.
Jim is VP of Marketing and Sales at UPC DTH responsible for the distribution of the Direct-to-home services UPC Direct in Hungary, freeSAT by UPC Direct in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the Focus Sat brand which is managed by UPC DTH in Romania. UPC DTH is part of UPC Broadband (UPC) owned by Liberty Global. Prior to joining UPC DTH, Jim was the Managing Director for Europe at Sand Cherry Associates where he founded the European subsidiary. He came to Europe in 2001 to become Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HBO Central Europe where he was responsible for the HBO brand as well as the growth of HBO' s basic and premium products in existing and new markets. He helped launch the successful AXN brand for Sony in Central Europe and further established the Spektrum brand, now owned by Chellomedia.
Jim has over 30 years' experience in cable operations and marketing, satellite distribution, wireless telephone integration and program distribution. Exposure to these different pieces of the same industry has allowed Jim to bring a very broad perspective to UPC Direct. He has a BA in Communications from Hofstra University. Jim served as one of the founding co-chairs of CTAM Europe, the European Cable Marketing Association and has been named one of the 50 most influential people in the industry by Cable and Satellite Magazine Europe.
Magnus Ternsjö
Managing Director, UPC DTH
Magnus Ternsjö is Managing Director of UPC Broadband’s DTH business (UPC DTH S.a.r.l. in Luxembourg), a premium Central European DTH operator covering 4 countries, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. UPC Direct operates via the Telenor 1 degree west satellites. UPC Broadband (UPC) is the European division of Liberty Global, Inc., the world’s leading international cable operator. UPC brings television, broadband internet and telephone services to approximately 13 million customers throughout 11 European countries.
Magnus has during the last 20 years been active in the PayTV business field covering several European countries via working for companies such as Nethold, Canal+ and UPC. His activities and area of experience include company management, development and start up activities, operations, project-, personnel- and change- management, company restructuring and closure/liquidation tasks, customer service, IT and logistics, all within the Technical Broadcast/PayTV-arena.
Magnus holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Tomaz Pernovsek
Assistant Managing Director, TSMedia
Tomaz Pernovsek is Assistant Managing Director of TSMedia (part of Telekom Slovenije Group) responsible for Strategy development, Product Management and Technology. TSMedia, established in 2011 (grown from companies Najdi, Planet9 and SiOL), develops digital content and services and manages various media and information points. It publishes the leading Slovenian digital media called Planet SiOL, reachable on five screens: web, mobile, tv, tablet, out of home (DOOH) and is regularly consumed by more than 1 mio Slovenian users.
He has over 10 years of managerial, technical and commercial experience in Digital Interactive TV market, web / mobile services and various media projects. With co-leading project called SiOL Box he managed to introduce Hybrid box inside Telekom Slovenije's portfolio in 2010. His key points of interest are focused in connected consumer revolution with internet powered media landscape.
He holds M.Sc. from Economics Faculty in Ljubljana and Electrical Engineering diploma from same University. In 2010 he was recognized as part of Digital TV Europe's Euro50, annual survey of Digital TV magazine.
Nick Thorogood
Managing Director EMEA, Food Network
Following his appointment in January 2010 to Managing Director EMEA at Food Network, Nick has been primarily responsible for the development and expansion of Food Network's television, digital and branded business activities throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Prior to this, Nick was at BBC Commercial Agency, where he was head of factual, entertainment and formats and led a team to generate value from BBC intellectual property. Previously, he was a consultant for Tiscali TV in strategic development of on-demand platforms; controller of Five Life and Five US helping to launch Five's multi-channel strategy; consultant and acting director of programs for Astro Broadcasting, Malaysia; editor of ITV Daytime; head of Lifestyle Channels for UKTV (where he launched two new channels); and new business development executive at BBC Birmingham, Lifestyle and Features.
Nick has a bachelor's degree in communication and media production from Bournemouth University, and has participated in the accelerated development program at London Business School.
He is also an honorary vice president of the Association for Coaching, a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and the Royal Television Society.

Alban Karapici
Member of Council, Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP), Albania
Alban graduated as Electronic Engineer at Polytechnic University of Tirana. M.Sc. in telecommunications and MBA and has extensive experience in Telecommunications & IT systems.
Alban is a member of the team for the Digital Switchover in Albania.
Before being appointed as Member of Steering Board of AKEP, Alban used to work as member of National Council of Radio Television.
Christian Anting
Chief Operating Officer & Vice-President of the Management Board, ITI Neovision
Christian Anting joined ITI Neovision in June 2010 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board in March 2011.
From 2007 to May 2010, he served as the CEO of Convers Media Services, an Online Video Broadcasting and Electronic Publishing Company based in Zurich.
From 2001 to the end of 2006, Mr. Anting worked in different executive management positions for SBS Broadcasting, S.A. in London, Amsterdam and Stockholm. Between 2005 and 2006, Mr. Anting served as CEO of Canal Plus Nordic, overseeing the company’s Pay TV activities in Scandinavia and Finland and from 2003 to 2005, Mr. Anting worked as Senior Vice President, Digital Media at SBS Broadcasting.
Under his leadership, SBS launched in 2004 a pan-European Music Television Network, which quickly became the market leader in all its markets. Mr. Anting was also responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s digital strategy.
Prior to joining SBS Broadcasting, Mr. Anting worked in different management positions for German Pay-TV Operators DF1 and Premiere World. Mr. Anting is a citizen of Spain and Germany.

Gordana Duspara Moriarty
VP and GM, Turner Broadcasting CEE
Gordana Duspara Moriarty is Vice President and General Manager at Turner Broadcasting responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and Benelux. She oversees all commercial and channel activities for the Turner entertainment portfolio including Cartoon Network, Boomerang, TCM and TNT. She also oversees distribution and broadcast sales as well as new media initiatives for CNN International in over 30 countries. In addition, Gordana is responsible for acquisitions, joint ventures and channel development and strategy including localisation and new launches.
During her 15 years at TBS Europe, Gordana has played a vital role developing relationships and potential partnerships with key industry players.
Irina Ariana Cazacu
Product Development Manager, Romtelecom
Irina currently serves as IPTV Product Development Manager for Romtelecom. Since 2008 she has played a key role by leading and supporting the definition, development and implementation of the IPTV service launched by Romtelecom on May 17th 2010.
Since January 2011 she is leading the IPTV Product Development with a specific focus in several key areas: defining and implementing the product development roadmap; identifying and implementing new marketing strategies for increasing new service features awareness and take-up rates. She is also playing an active role in ensuring the alignment of IPTV and DTH product development strategies within Romtelecom and DT group.
Ivan Hronec

Ivan Hronec has been working in television and film since 1995. He is one of the founders of TV Markíza in Slovakia and TVN in Poland. He was chief producer of various programs and head of acquisitions for Markíza (SK), production and programming adviser for TVN (PL).
He has worked throughout Europe as a programming consultant and Project coordinator in CME in London, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Prague, Budapest, Ljubljana, and Bucharest. He is the founder of SPI INTERNATIONAL in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, the leading independent film distribution company in Central Europe. Ivan Hronec launched FILMBOX HD the first HDTV film channel in Central and Eastern Europe.
Since 1991 he has been lecturing on management, communication and media at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. He is a regular speaker at various media related international conferences and seminars all over Europe and the world. Since 2008 he has been co producing various films in Central Europe.
He is the founder, owner and CEO of Film Europe Media Company, leading distribution company of European films. Film Europe is also a broadcaster of television channels KinoCS, DokuCS, MuzikaCS and premium pay Film Europe Channel, the first thematic channel on European films only.
Jan Frelek
Head of Business Development, ITI
Jan Frelek is the Head of Business Development at ITI Neovision, the DTH market leader in product, innovation and user experience. Based at the company’s headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, Frelek is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and creating state of the market consumer products. Frelek has over 11 year experience in the new media and technologies fields. At ITI Neovision, Frelek launched the OTT VOD service, which is branded as "nVOD net."
Previously, Frelek worked for Deutsche Telekom’s subsidiary in Poland and was responsible for product development and management in the areas of mobile communication, entertainment and broadband services. Over the last five years, Frelek has been strongly focusing on telco-media convergence, OTT content distribution and TV services that are beyond simple one-screen, living-room experience.
Frelek is a graduate from Management Faculty and Media Faculty of Warsaw University.
Janka Vozárová
CEO and Chairman, TV Barrandov Czech
Janka Vozárová is a Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TV Barrandov, which started it's first broadcasting as a digital TV on January 11th, 2009.
She also acts as CEO and a Chairwoman of the Board of an affiliated company - Barrandov Studios Inc., which last year celebrated the 80th anniversary of its founding. Both companies represents Media division of a Moravia Steel Group's portfolio.
TV Barrandov joined the media world as a brand new player and after three years holds its third position within the target group of " 15 years old and plus" and the first position within the target group of "4-9 years old."
Janka was born in Slovakia and graduated from Economic University in Bratislava. She has gained 20 years of extensive experiences in managing large business corporations, mainly in the field of economics and finance.
Until 1995 she has worked as a Financial Director in VSZ Kosice, where she participated in creation and further development of a foreign trade around the world, in total volume of 1 bilion euros.
From 1996 to 2006 she has operated as a Vice- Chairwomen of the Board at Metalimex, dealing primarily with foreign trade. Since 2007 she has been managing Barrandov Studios, first as a Vice- Chairwoman and since 2008 as a Chairwoman of the Board and CEO. Barrandov Studios celebrated last year it's 80th Anniversary of a success within the domestic and international film industry.
Kamil Levinský
CEO, Radiokomunikace Czech Republic
Kamil Levinský studied business and economy at the Faculty of Economics at the Technical University Ostrava. He started his carrier as an auditor in Ernst & Young and Standard Companies. In 2002 he became the Director for Internal Audit at Eurotel (later Telefonica O2) where he later held the position of the Director for Process and Quality Integration. In 2007 he joined České Radiokomunikace as the Director for Business Transformation and in 2010 he became the Chief Commercial Officer and Deputy CEO.
Kamil Levinský has held the position of the CEO of České Radiokomunikace since August 2011.
Marcin Boroszko
Managing Director, At Media
Marcin Boroszko joined Atmedia in 2000 as the managing director of the Polish office. In 2007 he was promoted to the position of Chellomedia advertising sales director in the CEE region and three years later Boroszko was named CEO of Atmedia Group operating in Poland, Czech and Hungary. In this role he oversees the company's strategy and development in the region. With over 100 thematic channels in its portfolio, Atmedia is a regional market leader in thematic media sales. Under Boroszko's direction Atmedia grew considerably, developed a number of services for its customers and invested in numerous research projects that introduced unique expertise into the company. Supported by strong analysis and longstanding experience, Atmedia not only serves its channels with commercial airtime sales, but also advises in programming, distribution and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining Atmedia, Boroszko served as general manager in RRM (Radio Zet sales house). Before that he worked at Jaguar Polska as the managing director.
In 2009 Boroszko was named manager of the year by the magazine "Media & Marketing Polska".

Pavlina has a vast experience connecting "old" and "new" media, based on her previous work at Czech TV All-News Channel ?T24. Since 2009 as Editor-in-Chief for Special Projects she included viewers with her team many times on interactive basis. These were for example Obama-Medvedev summit in Prague, Election Studio and others. The station developed a unique discussion format - Hyde Park ?T24 which became a kind of laboratory for symbiosis of traditional media and new technologies/trends. Pavlina and her colleagues also brought strong use of social media to television when ?T24 was covering Floods in Northern Bohemia in August 2010. In 2011 Czech Television New Media Division was created and got an important place in the future strategical plans. Pavlina is now responsible for this department which is working on all websites, social media communication, applications (Czech TV has already 18 of them with more than 400 000 downloads in total) and teletext. This year the priorities are Czech Crisis Map, Planet Earth 2012 global interactive debate, sport events coverage and Hybrid Television project - this spring Czech TV should introduce its modern version of Teletext on HbbTv platform to the viewers.
Piotr Noceń

Piotr Noceń is a Founder & Managing Partner focused on investment opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe. He is based in Warsaw, Poland. His main focus is on Consumer sectors, including telecoms & media.
Resource Partners is a private equity group with focus on investments in the prospective small and medium-sized enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe. The group puts transaction focus on growth and buyout financing of EBITDA positive companies, with strong market position and proven strategy and business model, primarily in Consumer sectors. Currently, he serves as Chairman for Baltcom, the largest Latvian CATV operator.
Mr. Noceń’s experience includes The Carlyle Group (2007-2008) and 3TS Capital Partners (2001-2007). For 2 years he had also served as a Chairman for STK, a medium-sized CATV operator in Poland, later successfully sold to Vectra. In 2006-2007, he has been a Chairman in ClickAd, the leading Polish interactive media company.
Prior to 3TS Capital Partners, from 1999 to 2000, Mr. Noceń was Executive in PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory Services department in Warsaw, where he was part of the Central European TMT team focusing on M&A lead advisory projects. From 1997 to 1999 he was Junior Equity Analyst at Deutsche Bank Research (formerly Deutsche Morgan Grenfell).
Mr. Noceń earned his M.Sc. in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland) and has also completed post-graduate studies in international economics at the same University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Szymon Karbowski

Szymon Karbowski is director of R&D at TOYA which is the fourth largest Cable Operator in Poland.
His current responsibilities include tracking market trends, deploying solutions to meet market demands as well as bringing convergency of triple play services and multiscreen solutions to the company's portfolio.
At TOYA he launched digital television services 'from scratch' , bringing it to the market as one of the first digital cable operators in Poland.
He has worked for TOYA since 1999, helping with the deployment of broadband internet access services based on DOCSIS. During this time, he was involved in the deployment and development of the majority of services currently available to customers.

Tom Davidson
Managing Director, A+E Networks™ UK
Based in London, Davidson is responsible for driving the growth of the business which currently operates a suite of factual channels, including HISTORY™, HISTORY™HD, Crime & Investigation Network®, Crime & Investigation Network® HD, BIO®, BIO® HD and MILITARY HISTORY® across the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, the Benelux, Central Europe, the Middle East, Greece and South Africa.
Davidson is charged with directing and managing all brands, programming, production, and marketing activities for the channels, as well as developing growth plans for ad sales and distribution across all platforms.
Davidson joined A+E Networks UK in 2008 from Sony Pictures Television International (SPTI) where he was Vice President, International Networks. Davidson was responsible for all business development related to SPTI's Network business across EMEA. During his time with Sony, Davidson helped orchestrate the launch of AXN Sci-Fi into the Russian and other CIS territories, SPTI's first network in that region. He also had direct oversight of SPTI's Networks group in Central Europe which manages AXN, AXN Sci-Fi, AXN Crime and Animax across six territories and nine satellite feeds.
Prior to being named Vice President, International Networks, Davidson was General Manager, AXN Networks for SPTI in Budapest. In that position, he launched SPTI's AXN basic cable network across Central Europe, overseeing all aspects of the business for the network. He also launched AXN Sci-Fi and AXN Crime into the region.
Davidson began his career at SPTI as Executive Director of Finance in their Los Angeles offices. Prior to that he was CFO for HBO Romania. He has also held positions with ROMSAT Cable TV in Romania, McDonnell Douglas and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Robert Berza
Head of New Media Division, CME
Robert Berza studied Journalism at Bucharest University and in 2002 started his career as sports journalist at Prosport, the leading sports daily newspaper in Romania. He then moved with the whole editorial team to Gazeta Sporturilor, another daily sports newspaper, which made it No1 in 18 months, until summer of 2004 when he joined ProTV (leading TV company in Romania, owned by CME).
In ProTV he started as PR for News & Sports and in summer of 2006 established IBU Romania. In September 2006 they re-launched ProTV.ro, which became the first leader in the independent online monitoring system SATI, launched in spring 2007 sport.ro, currently top sports site in Romania, and stirileprotv.ro, today's leading news portal in Romania.
In spring 2009 he joined CME as Content Manager for New Media Division and from June 2010, Robert is Head of New Media Division.
As part of CME, Robert underlines establishing Voyo as a strategic regional project to diversify revenue streams and decrease dependency on ad markets and launching first wave of subscription VoD in CME territories (now Slovenia, Romania and Czech Republic; by the time of the conference all CME territories).
David Lynn
Managing Director and Executive Vice President, UK, Australia, Hungary, & Russia and International Content Distribution, Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN)
David Lynn is Managing Director, Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) UK, Australia, Hungary and Russia, and EVP, International Content Distribution. Under his remit, Lynn is responsible for VIMN operations in the following markets: UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Israel, Hungary and Central & Eastern Europe. VIMN UK & Ireland is includes 20 TV channels, 19 online properties and 4 mobile TV channels, spanning its MTV, VH1 and VIVA brands and the company’s joint venture businesses with BSkyB - notably Nickelodeon UK and Comedy Central. In addition, he oversees MTV, MTV Classic, MTV Hits, Nick Jr. and Nickelodeon in Australia and New Zealand and Comedy Central in New Zealand.
Appointed in March 2007, Lynn reports into VIMN President Bob Bakish.
Lynn is also responsible for the strategic direction of VIMN’s international content distribution, creating and overseeing new affiliate partnerships and developing new distribution strategies to deliver VIMN branded content across the world.
Lynn oversees VIMN’s Pro Social Team, which offers international initiatives including MTV Voices and MTV Staying Alive. He is also a member of Viacom’s Global Inclusion Advisory Committee, which is a cross-functional think tank, focused on advancing diversity and inclusion throughout the company.
Since taking the helm as MD for the company’s UK, Ireland & Australia business, Lynn has ensured that the “cluster” has continue to drive value for Viacom International Media Networks. In 2009, Lynn made an industry leading decision to appoint Sky Media as the company’s exclusive UK advertising sales representative which has better positioned the company in the market for long term growth and created tighter alignment between the two companies. Similarly, in Australia, Lynn was instrumental in the creation of Ignite Media Brands, a 50/50 joint venture sales house owned by MTV Networks Australia and TV1 (owned by CBS Studios International, NBC Universal and Sony Pictures Television), where Lynn is a member of the board.
In spring of 2011, Lynn spearheaded the migration of MTV to the entertainment pack of the Sky EPG, the launch of MTV’s brand new flagship music channel - ‘MTV Music - within the Sky music pack, as well as Comedy Central’s new home amongst some of the UK’s most popular and most-watched channel brands.
In 2009, Lynn instigated the successful launch of general entertainment channel Viva on the Freeview platform – making it one of the Network’s most popular destinations for music and entertainment and rebranded Paramount Comedy to Comedy Central UK, resulting in a significant ratings increase.
Under Lynn’s leadership, VIMN has grown to be one of the largest channel providers for Foxtel and Austar in Australia and the largest channel provider for New Zealand’s SkyTV. Nickelodeon, now in its sixteenth year of operation, is the #1 kids channel in Australia and has twice been named Channel of the Year by the Australian Subscription Television and Radio Association (ASTRA). In 2011, a shift to the basic tier on Foxtel led MTV Australia to a 19% year-on-year rating increase and a 36% increase in distribution, making it the eighth most watched channel on subscription television. MTV Classic and MTV Hits launched in Australia in 2010 and in New Zealand in 2011.
Prior to his current position Lynn was Senior Vice President, Managing Director, for Nickelodeon UK, the top-rated children’s network in the UK. During his time at Nickelodeon UK, Lynn strengthened the network’s #1 UK market position in one of the UK’s most competitive broadcast markets.
Lynn also launched Nick Jr as well the brand’s first broadband channels in the UK, Turbonick and Nick Jr Video, kick-starting its digital strategy. The brands achievements under his leadership were recognised in 2006 when Nickelodeon UK was awarded Channel of the Year at the Children’s Baftas.
Born in Dublin, Lynn studied Engineering at University College Dublin and became a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Nina Laricheva
VP, Commercial Development, EMEA BBC Worldwide Channels
As VP Commercial Development, EMEA, Nina Laricheva is responsible for driving revenue growth and the strategic development of the business's thematic portfolio – BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle, BBC Entertainment, CBeebies and BBC HD – as well as for BBC World News, the BBC's commercially funded international 24-hour news and information channel.
Reporting to Ian McDonough, SVP & GM EMEA, BBC Worldwide Channels, Nina is focussed on developing the sales and business strategy for the channel portfolio in key markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, driving the negotiation of multiplatform carriage deals for the businesses channel and on-demand services.
Nina took up her current position at BBC Worldwide Channels in November 2011. With over 10 years of experience in the Pay TV industry, Nina has worked for a number of international broadcasters, most recently Universal Networks International. As Global Affiliate Sales Director, she was instrumental in growing distribution for the network, particularly in Benelux, Africa and the Nordic Region. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for BBC Worldwide Channels, after having held the role of Commercial Director for Discovery Networks Europe.
Nina holds an MSc in Psychology. She enjoys art and lives in London.
Natalya Glotova
Head of Interregional Marketing Department, CJSC ER-Telecom Holding
In 2000 Natalya graduated from the Humanities Department of the Perm State Technical University, specializing in Translation.
After the graduation Natalya joined ER Group as a brand manager. With the transformation of the company into ER-Telecom Natalya Glotova was appointed to the position of the marketing department manager, and became “The Best Employee – 2002”. Since 2006 Natalya is in charge of the Interregional Marketing Department, CJSC ER-Telecom Holding.
Under her supervision such brands as Divan-TV, Dom.ru and GorSVYAZ (2003-2006), a line of unlimited service plans “Moscow” with speed and price characteristics unprecedented for Russia (June, 2009) and bundled offers (October 2010) were developed and introduced in the market.
Daniel Vondrácek, Senior Marketing Manager- Content Services, Telefónica Czech Republic
Daniel Vondrácek has more than 12 years experience in Telco, especially Content services. Since 2005, when he´s joined Telefónica, he was assigned to acquire content and to prepare content portfolio for the launch of IPTV project (O2 TV). He is responsible for product management; programming and content acquisition of products related to IPTV service such as TV channels, Video on Demand, Catch up TV, network PVR. Apart from IPTV he is managing Mobile Content portfolio and payment services in Telefónica too. Prior to joining Telefónica O2 in 2005 he spent 4 years at T-Mobile where he has established mobile content department.
Daniel graduated in Electro Engineering at the Technical University School of Brno (CZ) and studied Czech Institute of Marketing.
O2 TV service has been launched September 2006. O2 TV represents 8% of Czech pay-TV market now. O2 TV is carrying 85 TV channels, releasing 500 movies in Video on Demand yearly (including 4 Hollywood studios)

Mr. Jean-Philippe Gillet is responsible for leading Intelsat’s sales effort in Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Intelsat in 2003, Mr. Gillet served for five years as Vice President, International Sales for Globecast North America (France Telecom Group). In that role, he was responsible for the strategy, development and sale of Broadcast Video Services to all international customers. Prior to that position, he served three years as Globecast’s Director of Sales for Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Prior to his time with Globecast, Mr. Gillet served as Sales and Marketing Manager for France Telecom from 1990-1995. In that role, he was responsible for the sale of Broadcast Video Services in Europe and Video Services in Asia.
Mr. Gillet earned a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology from Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Nice, France. Prior to his Masters program, he studied at Ecole Superieure d’Informatique Engineering School.

She is not only managing the portfolio from the business development point of view, but also optimizing the channel's production departments via thematic producers building a solid foundation of value added production lines. Jasmin is in charge of technical operations of the regulatory authority in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition, he is engaged in all other aspects of regulatory functions including creation of the strategy of both broadcasting and telecommunications since CRA is a convergent regulatory body, responsible for regulation of communications as a whole.
He has graduated at the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Department of Telecommunications. He holds a Masters degree from the same Faculty for the thesis: Performance of transmission of MPEG digital video transport stream over real transport systems.
He has over 20 years of managerial and technical experience in broadcasting, ICT and radiocommunications. Additionally, he has university experience as an assistant teacher in several areas mostly related to radiocommunications.
He is the Coordinator of the B-H DTT Forum Expert Team, which is the body responsible for introduction of digital television in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the international level, he is an active member of the CEPT Project Team for radiomonitoring.
Levente Málnay B., CEO, Chello Central Europe

Leiv Svenning has gained much experience in the international arena where he held senior positions in Sweden and Ireland. He has also served on the board of Pannon, ESat, Digifone, Kievstar and Telenor Sweden AS. Leiv Svenning completed his studies at the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1976.

Lev Petukhov is Web Projects Development and Maintenance Department at "NTV-PLUS" – Russian leading satellite broadcasting company.
Since 2007 oversees all Internet company activities including web-site development, content and innovations. During that period several web-projects were introduced and successfully fulfilled. In 2009 helped to re-launch company’s web-site with completely new design and technical abilities.
In 2010 took charge of NTV-PLUS stream broadcasting project, where he is responsible for recognizing new business opportunities and products development (broadband, TV app and mobil app). This project brought to Russian web-users the exclusive opportunity to watch live matches of Russian Football Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, etc. For the last two years audience of the project doubled, more than 3000 sport events were viewed by over 600 000 users. Currently his main objectives are further development of NTV-PLUS stream broadcasting including PPV, VOD, DVR and adjusting customer service to all innovations.

Pawel Fecko
Sales and Customer Care Director, INEA
Pawel Fecko is Sales and Customer Care Director at INEA, a Polish cable carrier. He is responsible for generating revenue from home, soho/sme and corporate (b2b, public and carrier) markets.
Mr. Fecko is also vice president of HFC Systems which deals with designing, construction and maintenance of fiber optic and hybrid networks, laying of cables as well as welding and measurement of optical networks.
